Marina Playa Paraíso: A Project for the Future
As part of our entrepreneurial initiatives, we have launched a blog, “Marina Playa Paraíso”, and a website on the Wix.com platform to share and promote our vision of developing a marina with a marine research center in the Playa Paraíso area—specifically near the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. This project seeks to foster nautical tourism, advance oceanographic research in the Canary Islands, and support the blue economy—that is, sea-related economic activities—through a sustainable development approach.
In our marketing and communications strategy for 2026, we plan to highlight this initiative prominently, driven by the belief that sustainable development and scientific research are deeply interconnected. The project has the potential to create significant synergies between the public and private sectors, attracting private investment in construction, tourism, and technology-driven enterprises, while also fostering collaboration with universities and research centers both nationally and internationally.
We are eager to secure public and private support for this endeavor. Our lead architect, Jerónimo Padrón López, is actively working on the project, with the goal of bringing it to life in the near future.
